    Default better heads

    which is better heads for my 350 vortec or camel "double" hump?

    What else have you done to your motor? What other mods, and use do you plan???

    The double hump fueler heads have bigger intake valves, but the L-31 cast iron Vortec heads have better port design (flow more) & they also have the fast burn combustion chamber design, so like Blacksheep said, it kind of depends on what else you've done to your engine. The cast iron L-31 Vortecs (pn#12558060) with compatable valves, flow more air than the Phase 2 Bow Tie heads (pn#10134392) as per GMs' Performance Division gurus.

    350 c.i. 5.7 L Stock Block, 4 Bolt Mains
    L-31 Vortec Heads, Edelbrock Cam & Intake,
    Holley 650, Flowtech Headers, Magnaflow exh.
    Jet Trans 700R4, B&M Ratchet, 4:10 gears,
    3" susp. lift kit "shadetree"
    No rev limiter, No speed limiter lol
