Welcome aboard. Definitely looks leveled to me. Dunno what an 07 would go for, but looks like a great truck.

Welcome to the club SD. It's hard to say how much it should go for cuz truck prices vary all over the country & I have no clue where you live. If you're in an economically depressed area you could expect to pay $4,000 back of book. If you're in an economically sound area then you'll probably have to pay full on retail, maybe retail plus 10%

Welcome to the club. Those are both good lucking trucks but I do love Chevy. Here in Texas it doesn't ever seem like trucks depreciate a whole lot. I wouldn't be surprised if that truck sold for around 20k here. Maybe even a bit more. But that's just an estimate off the top of my head. I couldn't tell you for sure.
