Smile Scan tool for obd 1 and 11

Het folks,I am looking for a scan tool that scans both obd 1 and 11 for under $200.00.I found some but don't know enough about them to make an intelligent decision. Looking for one that will diagnose and reset check engine light.Any particular brands good and what to stay from. I have Chevy,Ford and Jeep for now. Thanks

for about $120, you can get cables to use a laptop as a scanner/logger in conjunction with TunerPro. I'm not sure if you can reset codes with them, but most of the time unhooking the battery will reset codes. Just an option if have a laptop already, the plus being that you can datalog as well (can also make the cables pretty cheap if you're into that)

sorry but am not familiar with handheld scanners.
