Ha, I thought this was a joke thread since it said "F-100's" in the title! Maybe the doors were designed by Ford to come open as a courtesy feature to help 1st responders drag your butt out?-Sal

That's a good point Sal cuz if they really make the latches bulletproof how is anybody going to get you out in an emergency? They'd have to wait for the paramedics with the Jaws cutters & the person could bleed to death by then. I guess it would be time to break the windshield, but that's not easy either with the safety layer holding the glass all together in one piece.1988 Chevy C-3500 2wd (no pic)
