    Default 99 yukon 5.7 misfire

I bought this yukon a few months ago,it had a miss but i didnt think it was nothing major since i bought it from a woman.I gave it a tune up,plugs, wires, distributor cap,and rotor bug.It still says number 5 misfire.I replaced the coil, and distributor. So maybe it was a fuel injector,i replaced the spider and nothing has changed,Now im stumped and dont know what to do,any suggestions?

Intake gaskets? Or else damage to the head. Also try a compression test.
