Bluetooth Phone Upgrade to a 2008 GMC Sierra Denali

I am considering buying a 2008 GMC Sierra Denali that is loaded with the exception of Bluetooth. What does it take to upgrade or add a system to allow Bluetooth Phone integration? I have this feature in my other vehicle and may be the deal killer if it can't be added. I have a Chev. Z71 Tahoe without Bluetooth and Navigation and one of the reasons why I am considering a trade...Thanks

Are you buying from a dealer? They may have to upgrade the OnStar to dit but if it sells a car they will add it. If its froma private owner you will have to add something like this:

I work for a utility company and they have gone to the parrot hands free and seem to work very well.
