    Default axle conversion

I have a 2008 chevy 1500. I have found plenty of conversions for the 2500 and 3500 frame. Is it possible if so how much wil I be getting myself into to swap axles on my 1500? And price?

Welcome to the club, and what is it that you want to change too...8 lug or just bigger axles and keep your 6 lug pattern

I have a 4:10 gear ratio 12 bolt rear end sitting here ( cheap ) works perfect its of a 96..as far as i know the only thing you would need to change on any bigger axle from a 3/4 or 1 ton are the leavespring haengers and shock mounts !
