Yes a tire/wheel question.
Alright I'm looking at a set of 17" wheels with some Goodyear Wrangler At/s mounted on them. First question do I have to have my PCM reprogrammed if I go from 16's to 17's?
Secondly how do you guys like the Wrangler AT/S tires?

Depends on the overall diameter of the tire not the wheel. Tell us what size tires, and we can better answer your question. Don't have any personal experience with the AT/S but I've never heard anything good.Adam

Current factory size is 245/75R16 and new size would be 265/70R17

The 245/75/16's.....have a Overall Diameter of.....30.5in's
The 265/70/17's.....have a Overall Diameter of.....31.7ins"
With the 265/70/17's.......your Speedometer will Read...60 M.P.H.....your Actual Speed will be 62.3 M.P.H......3.8 % Faster
For this difference you would want to have a Reprogramming to Correct the Speedometer for the Correct Speed you are going.

16" tire is 30.5" tall, 17" tire is 31.6" tall, so it's going to be an inch taller, which will make a difference, nothing major not like going to 33" or 35", If it were me I wouldn't worry about it. One good thing, with a 17" wheel your calipers will fit better!

I believe the factory ECM will self adjust up to 10% in tire diameters.
