I'm way late to this thread, but I wanted to comment on my problem. Twice in the past week my truck has randomly died while driving. Culprit? Blown PCM B Fuse. By the way, it's a '91 350 TBI, all original everything on motor except distributor and plugs. Was getting fire but not fuel. When I poured gas in the TB, it ran for a few seconds, like an old school motor with carb and busted fuel pump. A few other posts on here seemed to point that the PCM B fuse is related to fuel pump, and fuel pump relay. It may be the lazy way out, but I'm considering just putting a 10A circuit breaker on that fuse spot in place of the fuse.
