Default I'm hoping to add fog lights to my 2500 HD

I'm hoping to add fog lights to my 2500 HD & I NEED to ask this:

Is there standard provisions for the adding of fog lights on Silverados or do I need to do a complete wiring job to add them? In other words, should there be an empty plug specifically for foglights behind the front bumper & where the Fog Light switch goes in the Cab right under the Cargo Light Switch? ( Does this make any sense in the way that I asked it??)
