Need Ideas about Hotrodding my Sub
I own a 1999 Chevy Suburban C1500 with the 5.7 L Vortec V8 that is completely stock. I want to hotrod it and I am looking for ideas about the first things I should do and how to get the most bang for my bucks.

Welcome to the site. This is the body kit that I could find - http://www.newstalgiawheel.com/retro...bcat3a=4021100 I always thought this would look cool on a Sub - lowered, and painted yellow. There is another kit that's a '62 or '64, but I couldn't find anything.
Post a picture of your truck and the rest of the group may get a feel from it and start throwing some ideas.

First thing I would do is drop the suspension an inch or so, and get some nice looking wheels. If you have the $$$$ I would say throw on some airbags but they are little pricey. De-molding and de-badging your 'burb will give it a much cleaner look and it costs almost nothing to do it. Also some upgraded sway bars will improve your handling. Upgrading your brakes wouldn't hurt either.04 ECSB Custom silver & grey, Soft 8's, BFG KO's, ReadyLift Leveling Kit, Hellwig front sway bar, K&N filter, DeeZee EZ-Down, Rhino liner, Alpine CDE103BT, Rockford 6.5's, 12" V.A.T. If you're looking to hotrod it, invest in a good set of long tube equal length headers, a good cat back system, aftermarket high flow cats, a CAI, & a power tune, chip etc.1988 Chevy C-3500 2wd (no pic)
