It is a '08 Envoy with 27,000 miles (it came from Florida- convert that to km (Canada) it has just over 34,000 km. I got it for a sweet deal, cause all the cruisers we drive are fleet vehicles, and I got it from the dealership we order the cruisers from. I already got my Magnaflow exhaust, chrome mesh grille replacement- to replace the OEM one, a black push bar (or whatever you guys in the states call it), new tires and rims for summer. I am a car girl, i cant drive a stock vehicle..lol I cant wait to pick it up from it's full inspection on Friday...I'm excited..Has your wife had any major problems with the vehicle, since she had it?? Thanks

Love the looks of black trucks, just hate cleaning them. Down here in South Alabama the pine trees are pollenating and theres green pollen everwhere. Washed my black truck yesterday and its green again today. This time of year I wash my truck 3 times a week (pain in the a**).

haha! Crappy.. Well, we gotta worry about the snow, salt and in some places you do get sap from trees. They make a freakin mess everywhere and they stick to everything. I try not to park near them, I got legs I can walk from a further parking spot. lol! I'll post pics this week, when GM is done doing their inspection and I pick it up, delayed a few days, thats okay..better it be checked out then not. I have never owned a black car, I had red, white, bronze, so the car washing situation should be interesting.

Welcome to the site, X2 on the pollen, it's a real mess here too, dark colors are a pain to keep clean but they do look good when they are, my wife's car is black and my truck is such a dark blue it might as well be black, I try to keep them dusted off in between washes that way if it does rain it doesn't spot them up as bad.Adam

Nice truck! Yea, everyone told me not to get black or white. But I really wanted white, but when I saw the black, I was hooked. I don't mind a little washing hear and there, I used to have cars that we put into shows and stuff, and man...that was intense labour..haha car washing never killed anyone..lol! I have tons of car washing stuff, but is there something that you like to use for your truck that really brings the shine out?
Anyone else can jump right in to with their suggestions....
