Yea man the things is there really wasn't any sticks on the road at all mostly just mud and some dried, i know i was almost stuck but i didn't have it in 4 low just in 2 high and after i did that is when it seemed to start smokin right before that and the steering was really hard to do. i mean i was getting down on it some but that's what your suppose to do in the mud lol but there wasn't any leak's what so ever when i capped it off full before starting it and soon as i did is when the pressure leak came and just automatically all the fluid came right out to empty again. I checked for oil leak no oil leak, i checked my oil and the readings all was fine my brakes are fine and engine coolant are all good just seem's to me something simple that maybe the house either melted off some or came off due to the pressure of shooting the cap off.. but what would cause the pressure leak when it don't leak when it's not started? I was thinking it busted the hose and it shoot's out when you crank it up..

i appreciate it man and i will be asking them allot of questions monday and seeing what is the problem with the rigg, i was thinkin it was just the same thing the hose or maybe the power steering pump other than that nothin else would be wrong it's not that serious ha.

Well guy's i finally found out what was wrong with my truck today finally ha. The power steering pump went out while mudriding and basically there was hardly any pump left, that was the reason for the power steering fluid coming back out after a bottle put in. I'm glad that was the only thing messed up cause that and maintenance is $320 which isn't too bad will be outta the shop wed. i will take some pick's it's still muddy but most the mud they pressured washed off. I will post them soon as possible thanks.

That's pretty surprising for an '08. Power steering pumps quite often last for hundreds of thousands of miles. Did they say if they thought maybe you had ripped a hose off & it ran the pump dry, & that's what caused the pump to fail?

Yeah the pump you could clearly see it was broken and inside it were pieces broke off rattling around in there and also the bracket around all of that was basically riped the bolts out so welding couldn't even have fixed the bracket.. i know next time i hope i want have these problems and i will get friends of mine to figure things out before a shop because there awfully exspensive.

Glad you got it fixed, but just so's you know, mudding/offroading = broken parts. And it can get real expensive when you start breaking axles and stripping gears.
Not trying to be a dick, but I've been there and done that, just trying to give friendly advice that there is usually a price to pay for "fun" with the truck.

yea i think i'm catching on too that now but hopefully nothing else will happen and no mud for awhile.
