Leaking transmission cooler fitting
I just replaced my radiator on my 99 burban and am struggling with the transmission cooler line fitting leaking at the radiator. I'm using a fitted wrench (5/8) and I've tightened as much as I can but the fitting bolt is starting to strip.
Any suggestion?Current Rides: |99 Chevy Suburban- the family truckster |93 Lincoln Town Car- 250K miles & still churning -now a fan of the Panther platform |95 BMW 325is coupe- Wheeee!

If I recall those are normal inverted flare fittings. You must have a piece of debris in there. Pretty foolproof connection. When you hear hoofbeats, look for horses not zebras.
