    Just got back from a trip with a friend to Lake of the Woods. I'll let the pics explain how we did.

    2000 1500 Silverado 5.3 Automatic. Mods: 3'' body lift, Chrome Brush Guard, American Racing Rims, True Duals strait piped from Cat-back.

    Nice looking Sturgon.. I didnt know the ice was off yet up there... Seeing as most lakes still have alot of ice.

    Yeah where we fished had only opened up the day before. Its almost on the Rainy River, which is why it was open. If you ever get the chance to go up and fish those things, DO IT! They are some of the funnest fish to catch.

    I catch them in the ST Louis bay on Lake Superior... But right now it is steel head time here. though the run is almost over. And we are planning a camping trip up to lake of the woods this summer. And leech lake is where i spend alot of my time at the familys cabin... I moved back up to Northern MN from Ga to enjoy the outdoor activities that are so enjoyable up here!
