Check all of the bed bolts would be my first stop since its not to uncommon for things to either work loose or break when it comes to beds.Mike

This could be the result of a number of things including tires or the result of the lift. I would recommend starting by taking the vehicle back to where you had the lift done. They should be able to assist you further and have a plan for addressing the issue. Please feel free to keep me updated with any further developments. Thank you again and I look forward to hearing from you.

When you put the lift on the year, did you make sure to torque all the bolts to spec, and do it again 250-500 miles later? The shaking you're experiencing could actually be the whole rear of the truck wobbling from a loose bolt that's about to let go. Double-check all your bolt torques.Christopher
