Default 02 Yukon SLT 5.3L Flex Fuel, fuel line issue

My 02 has had this problem: when the fuel guage reads below 1/4 tank but higher than E. It will not start. I have to add 5 gal of fuel to get it to turn over. I never used to have this problem. I could drive the vehicle until the Low Fuel light came on and still park the suv over night and start it up the next day no problem.

    Any suggestions?

Had the exact same problem on my 03 Yukon. I had to put gas in the tank when it was low but not on E if it sat for more than a day. It was the fuel pump.
