    Default Step up bars

I would like some opinions if anyone has the time. I'm looking to start going to car/truck shows with my friends soon so I want to do a few more mods and make changes to my truck. I think taking my step up bars would look a little more clean but hey I joined this site to get opinions and ideas so lets see what people have to say.

I took my steps off when my truck was new, that was my first mod. I keep a small step stool in the bed so my wife can get in.

Yea I'm 6'2 so I don't have a need for them. It would be fun watching my friends have to jump up haha.

well if you arent wanting to spend any money i would take them off. IMO. it would look very clean. but if you just want steps look into to the n-fab nerf steps. i put some on my truck about 3 weeks ago and i think they look great and would look really good on your truck. i dont have any pics of mine with the steps on but you can google trucks with them. or if you really want to spend some money you could go for the amp steps which are hidden until you open the doors. they seem to gain points at truck shows! but regardless of what you decide i think your truck looks great!

I think I'm just gonna take them off but I will look into amp steps you were talking about they sound pretty cool. I'm pretty jealous of you, your truck is exactly what I want blacked out and everything but I just bought a 40k boat so that'll have to wait for awhile before I cant think about a new truck haha. If you don't mind me asking, where did you get your fog lights from, I want some HID's for mine.

well i am glad you like mine but no need to be jealous cause you have a nice truck my man. but the i got my HID's from ddmtuning.com. it is the same set up as my head lights but i went with the 35w ballast because they dont get near as hot. but just figure out what number your lamps are and go to that website and they will have them and they have a good color chart so you can match them with your head lights. and i wouldnt mind being able to afford a 40k boat either!

Alright dude I checked the website out, now I'm just trying to decide whether or not to get those or I found ones that match my headlights with the little circle and leds haha

Haha! Aw man i dont what to tell you there. i will say that the HID will probably provide more light...BUT the matching halo fog lights would look pretty freaking sick! let me know what you decide.

I found out that they have the ones that match my headlights with HID, I'm pretty much leaning towards those now haha.
