They said they washed my truck last time and when I picked it up there was tar all down the drivers door. Nice wash job.
    Coach24,

I have tried to contact you regarding your concerns a couple of times recently. I would be happy to look into your concern. In order to do so, I will need your full name, address, phone number, the VIN for the vehicle, and current mileage via private message, I will be able to take further steps. Not quite sure how to send private message on here. I am fairly new to this site but wish I had known about it a year ago.

I brought my truck in again because the dealer said a gm specialist was coming in to look at my truck. They had it for two days and still dont know what is causing the noise. They told me that they gathered info on the truck and are turning it over to other specialists at gm to try and figure this out. I think that after all this time and money wasted bringing my truck in and not getting fixed, that GM should just give me a new one that is not broken! I bought a new truck so I would not have problems and I wish I would of bought something else! I hope they dont just stick me with this truck without fixing the problem or getting me a different one. From the way its going im sure thats what they are going to do. If that is what happens I will never buy another chevy as long as I live! I know many guys that have the exact same truck with no problems, so the "that is a normal characteristic of your type of truck" is a joke. Tricia, how long does gm drag stuff out that they cannot figure out before they actually give you a new one or tell you to bad so sad your stuck with it?

Iam sure Tricia is going to cringe at this advice iam going to give you, but I don't care because its your money you spent not hers.

I buddy of mine bought a used tahoe, a 08..it was loaded. It would lose all electrical power at random times...stall then be fine for a few weeks. The dealership was very attentive in trying to fix it but could never find the problem.

He contacted an attorney and atter several months of no results not only did they finally fix the issue, GM settled out of court for several thousand dollars and bought him an extended warranty.

So, be patient and let GM try and resolve the issue, it could be something new that ends up being a recall issue....those rare, unknown problems take time.

I youf don't get the results you want and they say no mas, then explore your legal options...also it didn't cost my buddy a dime..the attorney took his fee out of the settlement and if they didn't get one the attorney worked for free.

This isn't uncommon, ALL car manufactures settle cases like that out of the courts all the time.

@OP, be patient, they'll fix it.

Iam the last person who just wants to sue everyone when something doesn't go my way, however, sometimes you have to play hardball. I have never had to go to that extreme fortunately.

I was just sharing a friends story.....take it for what it is
