Default SCAM UPDATE: BloomsToday & BloomsRewards. AVOID AT ALL COST! ~ Blooms Today

It's now the end of May and I just got BloomsToday / BloomsRewards (Blooms Today & Blooms Rewards) today to cancel my account. I have tried this a few times in the past, but I keep getting billed.

So today, someone on the phone said they would cancel it and would give me back two months of credit for a total of $19.98, even though I have spent a total of an extra $49.95 in the last five months and tried to cancel it MONTHS ago.

It's not worth my time to fight it, I've spent hours on this. It's just my two cents, but you should AVOID and don't get sucked into their horrible web marketing program.

I too was scammed this September by Blooms Today with their Blooms Rewards program plus Identity Worldwide program, for which they signed me up unknowingly to me. They kept on charging me $9.99 + $14.99 monthly. I see on the net that this scam has been running since last year, and yet no one has stopped it. What can be done? The people on the phone appear skilled at handling upset callers like me. Like automatons they just keep on repeating their sales pitch, regardless of what is being said. Where can one complain? Is there an agency that handles such fraudulent businesses?

Well, I put up the thread hoping that people like you who didn't read the fine-fine-fine-fine-fine print would be motivated to act and seek information on them. I would start with your credit card company, show them this thread and explain that the only notice that they would be billed each month was in a non-traditional text box designed to be deceiving.
