Not if you have 60 PSI at the rail.. you have the highest pressures at WOT, and before you start the engine. If the line was going to buldge it would have before that.Mike

Ok finally after two years, new fuel pump, pressure regulator, crankshaft position sensor found the problem. After having replaced all those parts the problem got worse (more frequently wouldn't start or die while driving). Finally took it to a garage where they started by putting it up on hoist, and wiggling wires. They were able to recreate the problem (after two weeks of no success). And zeroed in on the CPS (CrankShaft Position Sensor). They replaced the wiring harness there, no go. So then they sent the truck over to a wiring expert who traced it down to the wire that sends power to CPS from BCM. This explains 1) Why the problem was intermittent and 2) Why there was little rhyme or reason concerning the conditions when it would happen. But it almost always would restart after an extended cool down period (e.g. overnight). Total cost for that garage work $690.00 Which after two years I was glad to pay.
Funning thing, I feel like I have a new truck just because it won't die on me.... hahaha!
