Welcome to the Club! Good on you for buying a GM instead of the ford. Don't get me wrong, Ford has some good stuff, but GMs are nicer to work on, and until recently had a few more features and comforts that were just common sense type things, in my opinion. Just out of curiosity, what type of Ford were you looking at?

I was looking at a 2006 f150 4x4, but it only had the 4.6 and no balls at all, so i decided to go with the 5.3 lol

Welcome, and nice truck! I personally thought that the Fords 4.6 had more balls than my 4.8, and that was mounted in a XLT Crewcab pickup. I still prefer my Chevy for the ride, though ;).
