    Default header collector gasket leaking

has anyone replaced these before, I've never had to replace them before some one did a very good job when they installed the exhaust system. do i just bolt the gasket on or do i use some kind of sealer with it. is there any prep work that should be done after i take the old ones out.

Is it a 3 bolt collector? Just remove the old gasket and make sure both flanges are clean of any old gasket material. Don't buy cheap gaskets.

Make sure the flange plates arent warped either, this is usually the reason they leak.
I like using a torque wrench when tightening the bolts to keep the torques close enough to prevent warping.
