I think you get that license for free when you get your AARP card.

Dave Barry, a humor columnist for the Miami Herald and professional smart-azz first mentioned the nuclear tipped land torpedo many years ago so I cannot claim to be the originator. Dave also said something to the effect that they would only be available to 'those mature enough to handle a tactical nuclear weapon in a traffic'. That sounds like you and me Al !

Taking the shotgun out from under the seat and placing it on the dash works too. You just have to raise it up a little while placing it on the dash.

I just love it when I am pulling my 30 foot travel trailer for a weekend camping trip and one of these license holders decides to turn out in front of me at an intersection, going in the same direction that I am, and then take their time getting their little car up to speed. It's hard to not cruise up on their back bumper and lay on the horn like "Couldn't you see this this big truck and travel trailer coming into the intersection? You really decided to pull out IN FRONT of ME?" Then I motion for them to "shoo" and get going!

I probably should not admitt this but, I often fantasize about launching a nuclear-tipped land torpedo from the top of my truck and watching the ensusing mushroom cloud.

Must be handing them out at the senior center and the welfare office around here. Good thing I don't have either a pistol or snow plow; one way or the other I'd be clearin' the road!

Just hit me, Can also attempt pit maneuver on them!
