Question Door panel and dash removal? '07 Silvy

I just got a '07 ext. cab Silvy last week. It's the newer model and not the classic model.

I'm just wondering how do I remove the door panels and the dash?

I don't have power locks yet, but I want to make sure that the truck is already wired for power locks so I can just buy the parts and have the shop install them when I get my remote start and keyless entry installed.

I also want to see what other things I can upgrade myself later down the line rather than having to pay GM to do it.

    Thanks for any help

There are several straight-in clips that hold the door panel in place. Get a wide flat-head screwdriver or small putty knife and pop them off. You'll get the hang of it after a couple. Not sure about the dash though, should just be several screws that hold it in.

Ok, I'll try. The '05 Coly I traded in for the Silvy was fairly easy to pop things off. I just don't want to break anything. Yet at the same time, I'm not interested in paying someone just to pop them off for me.

    Thanks
