1994 TBI fuel + idle issues
I have a 1994 Silverado with a 350 and upon deceleration, the engine seems to choke and upon start up it stalls ONCE! Only ONCE. After you restart it, it runs fine but a little rich.
How can I remedy these little bothers?
I know there is a way to adjust my mixture with the OBD1 port but I cant find a reliable answer with google searches or manuals.Full throttle is never enough!

Have you tried removing the throttlebody and cleaning top and bottom with throttlebody cleaner? Also take the IAC out of the throttlebody and clean with the t/body cleaner. Spray inside the t/body where the IAC came out. The IAC gets carboned up and can't move in and out freely.
