    Hi all,

I just picked up a '97 Chevy C1500 and I'm having a few problems with it so I thought I would join up and do some searches and hopefully figure out what some of these little problems are and how to fix 'em!

Welcome aboard! Think about a Helms manual as they cover all aspects of the vehicle. Best advice that I received when I joined so I will pass it on.

Thanks all. I will definitely have to get a service manual. Even though 70% of the information goes beyond my skill/comfort level, I'd still like to have one for the stuff that I am comfortable doing.
