Default Interior lighting - 99 Suburban

Good afternoon all, I just purchased a 99 Suburban LS. Can anybody tell me if the power window/lock/mirror panel on the driver's door and the 2 overhead AC control panels should light up at night? Mine don't but it seems to me that they should. They are completely dark.

    Thanks,

    Pete

yes, these lights should come on, three things you can check:
    1. fuse
    2. maybe the bulbs went bad
    3. not sure if you have a dimmer switch in there

check it out! hope it helps
