Squeaky driveshaft problem on 02 z71

Im having a really wierd problem on my z71.

There is a squeking problem coming from the driveshaft.

I checked the diff and trans with a steathascope and it is not either of those.

I also checked the wear indicators on the brake pads and nothing.

It only happend in forward and not reverse.

Someone told me it might be the CV joints, and it might be a yoke.

Has anyone else had this type of problem?

Is the sound consistent with your trucks speed? If so, I did have that problem and it turned out to be the Universal joint bearings. You may want to check that. If its not that than the CV joints are the only other thing i can think of.
