    Default AC blows out defroster

When I turn the AC on manual or auto it blows out the defrost. It doesn't always do it, but quite a bit in the last week.

Have you brought this to the attention of you local dealer? I can also look into this for you with your VIN. Please feel free to contact me via private message. Thank you in advance.

This sounds like a marginal air door actuator, or a link problem to it, or a sticky door. Check out this thread for a generic pic of what they look like. There are also threads here that go into detail
    on these.

It just turned over to 90,000 last weekend. It did this once about a month ago, lasted for a day and didn't do it again until this weekend.
