Need new lug nuts?

Hello everyone,

I'm going to be upgrading from the 17" stamped steel rims to 18" Z71 rims and would like to know if I need different lug nuts. The ones I have now have external threads for the center cap, but otherwise appears to be a typical acorn style nut.

Any input would be appreciated!

I just swapped my wheels from 16" aftermarket back to a set of stock aluminum rims from a Tahoe. I got the center caps and lugs nuts with the wheels and they were the acorn type with the external threads for the center cap. See the thread in the wheel section. You should be able to use the lug nuts you have.
