    was wondering if anyone knows if a 02 defouler for a 99 jimmy envoy is compatible with a 98 blazer

    Not real sure what you're asking here. What is it you're calling a "defouler?" As far as I can remember, the engines in both vehicles are pretty much identical, so there's a pretty good chance the parts in question will swap.
