If one is off then it is most likely that all the rest are in the wrong place. Try moving all the wires one post clockwise. If that doesn’t work go counter clock wise.
It is also possible you are on the exhaust stroke, that would put you 180 degrees off. As long as the plugs are in the right sequential order you should be fine just get them in the right starting position.
