Default 2008 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe Z51

I've been reading a bit about the 2008 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe Z51 and I plan on taking a trip down to my local dealership to get a look at one (or maybe I can pull some favors with my friends at GM and maybe get a chance to sit it one sometime soon).

I'm waiting to see what the new LS3 small-block V8 is capable of. It's got an additional .06 bore so displacement is up as well, plus with new engine building technology and materials, they're claiming to get more power and efficiency (at the same time) from lower compression, which sounds great to me.

The '08 Vette has already gotten great reviews. More power, improved steering, better quality interior, etc. And it still looks great!

I've made some connections at GM and I may get a chance to drive one in the near future. I'll keep everyone posted.
