Thread: Lighting issue

  1. #1

    Default Lighting issue

I've got a problem with the lights on my '98 K2500.

The tail lights, parking lights, instrument lights, and cab lights have all quit working.

The head lights, brake and turn lights all function normally.

I couldn't find any bad fuses, so I replaced the head light switch, nothing changed.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Im thinking its a bad headlight switch. They around $15-20 and should onoy take about 20 mins to install.

The only other thought is a bad relay or if you have had trailer wirin installed or work done back there. Possibly a loose connection. My 2 cents, im no pro but thats what Im thinking.

New Delco switch is $100. Already tried that.
    No trailer wiring.
