Problem solved! First, the key was a walmart special, went to GM steeler and had a key made from VIN, that solved the no pulse to the injectors. It still had a long crank time, so after grumbling about the price of a new fuel pump I installed a new fuel pump and the extra 5psi made a world of differance. It cranks over about 2 times and fires right up. Now i'm on to some simpler problems.
