Modify Shifter linkage to work
Get driveshaft lengths modified 1 1/2"
Change filter in trans
Install drain plug kit in trans pan
Pack wiring harness firewall connecter with grease
Lengthen t-case support rod
Get/install inspection cover
Lengthen trans cooler lines
Get and install Brake M/C from '99 3500
Get and install OPS from '99 3500
Get and install an extension hose for OPS
Swap Pump housing/speedo gears on t-case for reluctor wheel/sensor
Install belt driven vac pump
Install oil pump drive ESS
Get and install foam at HVAC duct connections
Get bulb sockets for new cluster and swap bulbs from old one
Change odo in new speedo to match truck milesJoseph

Progress was the name of the game today.... Worked on re-installing the wiring harness...
Pulled the vac pump out and swapped in the ESS...
The vac pump replaced the lower alt support brace and lines up perfect with it so now I need a longer belt for the alternator to run the vac pump....
Got the harness ran through the firewall and hooked it up the the TCM...

Progress and setbacks......
Made some progress by installing the dipstick/tube, and the drain plug in the trans pan.... Found out after I dropped the pan that the old filter had already been removed.... Hmm.... The part that worries me a little is the little bit of fluid that was in the pan was a bright pink.....
I also took the t-cases apart enough to swap the reluctor wheel/sensor on... Just when I though I was making pretty decent progress...... (I should know better than this by now)
Here's where the setback comes in..... Apparently the pump housings are different enough from where the parts t-case drops on the opposite side where the locating tabs on the pump don't line up with the slots in the housing from the parts case.... The bigger setback though is where I tried installing it I heard a pop or two while tightening it down.... I snapped two of the tabs off the pump..... So now not only do I need a different pump housing but now I need a new pump as well.....
What I don't know yet is if the pump's pickup hole on the parts case will line up and allow me to use that one with the housing from it.. If it won't I'll need to find a different t-case that drops on the passenger side to get the pump housing from....

Ok... so I've find out that the pumps themselves are the same... The pump housings however are completely different as to how they position the pump... So I'll have to find a passenger side drop t-case that came with a speed sensor instead of gear to swap onto mine before I can go any farther on that part....

Got another goodie from UPS today courtesy of Jeff/countryboy90 (from another site)....
Adjusted the odometer to match the miles on the burb...
New cluster ready to go minus bulbs/LED's and my old speedo cluster ready to go to Jeff (except for taking my brighter bulbs out).....

Well I pulled the starter to replace the solenoid that had the broke terminal only to find the one I have isn't the one you can buy just a solenoid for at the regular stores.... Guess I have to buy a whole new starter now.....
