Bought my 07 Suburban from Kent Chevrolet in Mountain Home, Ar. Must say this is a good dealer. They have done several service jobs on my 2000 Silverado.
My new Suburban had vibration problem which turned out to be a bad tire. They tried to balance tires and that didn't resolve problem. As soon as I notified them that balance didn't resolve problem, they scheduled a test drive with service manager. He took over project and vibration problem resolved immediately.
Found out this is standard practice: if dealer fails to repair anything properly on first attempt, service manager takes over heads up repair/service until it's right. Works for me.

That's great, they're not fooling around up there! That's the difference between a dealership and a stealership.
