    Default P0059 code help

I have an 06 express 3500 that keeps throwing p0059 codes. I reset and they come back. I have no mileage problems, and no other symptoms except all air comes out the defrost. Van runs great as always. My cd player now will not take a disc so wondered if i may have a problem with a linkage or wiring or vacuum hose that came off in the area and is sitting on the cd player. Could any of this be related?

    Thanks

The P0059 code means your O2 sensor, bank 1 sensor 1 heater circuit resistance is out of range. That dashboard stuff sounds unrelated.
