    Default 04 tahoe bose audio sys disconnect battery problem

    anyone know if i disconnect battery for a hour or so will i have to find the radio anti theft code or does this radio just remember vin code. i have to pull air bags off to fix horn button and dont know if radio will work after reconnecting battery and i cant find radio pass code in my paperwork. its 2004 tahoe z71 with bose audio system thanks for any info.

    Prior to replacing the Bose audio system in my 04 GMC Sierra I would disconnect the battery to work on the vehicle and the radio would be fine when I reconnected it.
