    Default New Hood

I just installed my cowl hood and im stuck at a crossroads right now. So what do you guys think?

    A) Paint it blue like the truck
    B) Leave it black
    C) Paint the edges of the hood blue but leave the top black

I think it would look sick black IF your truck was not two tone. As your truck is two tone, color matching the blue would look best in my opinion. That's an awesome hood too, by the way! Nice choice.

Paint match it. If it were me I'd do it two-tone to match the truck, using blue everywhere on the hood except the angled parts where it rises up to form the higher, center section -- on those angles I'd use paint-matched silver. But that's me...

That is a sweet hood. I would paint it all blue. If it was a solid color I would say leave some of it black.

Thanks guys. I love the two tone look, but the black hood just does not fit. I was going to get the vents in the back (the swiss cheese vents) painted silver. I have 5.3L Vortec logos that will go on the main raise of the hood so I feel ill get it painted straight (matching) blue.
