    Default Keep blowing fuses

I have a 96 Suburban and I have a problem with my tail lamp and center consel fuse blowing. When I put a new one in all lights are a go but as soon as I give her gas the fuse blows.. I know it doesn't make sense the giving it gas blows it, or maybe it does to some, but I can't figure it out.. Any suggestions??

Check your grounds at the battery. make sure your body and engine grounds are tight!! Then check your alternator output, you might have a malfunctioning voltage regulator!!
