if your into the 6.0 then it "should" bolt right. I believe the the heads are the same and all of the acessories from the 5.3 should also swap. You could most likley find a 6.0 at your local pull a part at a decent price.

I would buy a used 5.3 and rebuild the hell out of it. Since it is your daily driver it should only take a few hours to swap out the old and put in the new bad a$$ one you just built. If you don't know how to rebuild a motor there are companies out there that build some nice crate motors.
