    i personally wouldnt let a quick lube even look at my truck. i use 5w30 valvoline high mileage or 10-40 for summer months also use a wix vette filter. i found on my k5s 400sb it made more pressure with the vette filter plus it comes with a cool sticker20w50 diesel oil in completely worn out motors. do it myself. i take pride in that kinda stuff

    I use ACDelco Dexos its a new synthetic blend, rumor is its made by Mobil, I use ACDelco filters and I do it at the shop after hours

    In my 1985 military truck i add 16oz of sea foam and drive it 30 min then change oil and i use Moble Delvac 15w40 cause that truck is a diesel and for the 98 surburban i use pennzoil full synthetic.It takes me over a hour to change oil cause i have a bad back so i take my time i just dont trust anybody these days.Last time my wife paid for full synthetic and thay put in reg oil<<2006 kia sorento 4x4.Changeing oil is about all i can do anymore from the back pain.

    Royal purple full synthic for my silverado,65 c10 and all my cobras, that stuff is great I used to change the oil n my track car every race, since I switched to the purple I go every other

    I've been using Mobil 1 synthetic 5w-30 for years. Winter or Summer. I recently switched to Castrol GTX Dino Oil for 3 oil changes just to switch it up and clean things out a bit. I guess my thinking there is like the thinking behind switching shampoo every so often. "Once" a year I add sea foam for three oil changes in a row. I'll try to add it before a decent drive (100 km or so) and then change the oil after the drive. I do that for 3 oil changes and then not again for a year or so.

    I have one more Castrol oil change and then back to Mobil 1. I also use Mobil 1 filters, always.
    SEAFOAM, I PUT THAT @#!$ IN EVERYTHING!

    I used to insist on Havoline oil. Recently, I have switched to Kendall 50/50 blend. my uncle (a former scientist at Gulf Research) says that Kendall is one of the best you can get. I recently found it at O'reilly auto. So Kendall 5W30 and an AC/Delco filter.
