    Sorry guys, never got around to the video.

    I drove the truck 200 miles to the beach non stop, got around 10-12mpg which is better than I thought it would be running 4.10s and 35s. Didn't have a problem out of the truck the whole way except the alternator bolt sheared off in the head, but I didn't know it until the day after when I was checking everything to make sure it was okay. After I got it out(and that was a job with my bad luck) everything was fine, but I still think I need to put a 100+ amp alternator on it, the 78 amp i have now is struggling to run the A/C and the head lights. I just wanted to give you guys an update on the build.

    I plan to take it down to the strip at myrtle and cruse around for a few hours tomorrow night, I took it up to Main Street in North myrtle the night of the 4th and got a few looks from the country girls and guys.

    You don't see any old square body styles around here, they're all 2005+ I mean they're nice and I wish I had one but you don't get the feeling knowing that you and your old man have a lot of time and work in the truck, like you do with this one.

    You did a great job on that P/U,brings back some good memories of the one I had back in 1982.I sure like that pulling van that you guys run,looks like a very nice job done on it.

    Beautiful Truck, I used to work on an apple orchard as a kid and they had an older gmc K20 with a 3speed, beet to hell and nothing killed her. Would love to build one like yours someday
