O2 sensor?
I have 2006 4.3 2WD, it has a code of "bank 1 sensor 2". I got a new O2 sensor and replaced it, the light stayed out for 10 minutes and came back on the same code. Is there something else that will make it show that code?

Well being that the location is drivers side low on the y pipe, I would say that it is very possible that the harness got burned on the exhaust pipes. Inspect your wiring harness for a short, your 02 sensor might not have even been bad if you have a short in the wiring.
