shorty versus long tube headers? 2005 silverado4x4, 5.3l
Could someone please explain the differnces between long tube headers and shortys? where are the power and torque gains between the two?

Bill there are Gains with both Short and Long Tube Headers.......going with Long Tube Headers will yield you Better Gains, than do Shorty Headers.......the one down-side with Long Tube Headers, is your Exhaust will most likely need to be Re-Worked, as where Shorty Headers are a Direct Replacement of your Stock Exhaust Manifolds, and in Most cases will just Bolt-on......
