    Hacking your exhaust like you plan on doing is going to reduce power immensely. I would just put a muffler on it with some pipes and call it a day if you don't plan on doing any other engine mods.

    if your close enough to another state (ie im 15 mins from md and 25 mins from wv i live in pa) they dont have to abide by your states rules and regulations regarding emissions and inspection...find a hookup

    What he was referring to were FEDERAL EPA regulations, which EVERY state has to abide by.
