    Default 1997 chey 454 vortec no power to the coil

    my timing chain jump so the truck was runing rough so i disconected the battery and changed the timing chain and gears retimed it and put it back together hooked the batery up and now when it turns over its not geting any power to the coil no spark at all any idea what could cause this???

    Check all wiring ...you have missed something .. crank sensor..ect.
