Default Noise on driver side under load

I have a strange noise just on the driver side while under load. If I stop put in park and rev there is no noise. Kind of sounds like its coming from the exhaust but doesn't really sound like exhaust leak. Truck is 09 silverado with 4.8l.

Take a passenger with you and see if it's only on drivers side. Many "drivers side" noises are only on the side that they can be heard on, but really on both sides. If it sounds off more under load, it could be an exhaust leak at the manifold or header pipe or O2 sensor. It could also be a knock from the sh*t we call gasoline nowadays, check for a knock sensor code. If it's a loose spark plug, you will know soon.
